The Square Grouper Key West is looking for a PM Lead Line Chef. This position would be on Thursday- Monday, from 3pm to close & clean. We are looking for an organized and experienced cook who has experience working all stations in a kitchen.
You would be responsible for setting up the hot line before shift, and then plating, cooking, and communicating with the rest of the team during to service to make sure all food is cooked and plated to our standards.

Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Skills
- Experience in a culinary role or similar position
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
