We are seeking an experienced waitress and bartender with strong management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, the ability to manage a team, and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
The Cove is open 7 days a week from 7:30am - 10 pm. Breakfast, Lunch, and even menu. Happy hours are starting again, and more hours will be added. Tips are very good some days better than others. Party's coming in from the boaters in the marina, which is a good plus and live music will be added. Perfect for Bartender with a second job or full time here. Waitresses with management skills a plus for head position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve drinks and food
- Manage and train staff as needed
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waitress and bartender
- Proven management skills
- Must speak English and must show up to work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, not only that but enjoying their work
- Personality is another PLUS
- Bartenders must know their drinks and also our special tropical drinks
- Must NOT be on cell phone while working
