Scuppers Watersports Key Largo is looking to add an outgoing, energetic, and motivated person to our team for the summer season!
As a beach attendant, your job would consist of:
-Assisting customers in renting waverunners, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and hobie cats.
-Instructing guests on the rules and operation of our waverunners and all other rental equipment
-Signing up passengers for our daily sunset tiki cruise, parasailing, private charters, and our 49 passenger catamaran
-Cleaning, monitoring, and caring for all the equipment daily
-communicating and working with captains to schedule charters effectively
-Insuring that all rental guests properly fill out the required waivers and information to rent our equipment or take our charters
This job requires sufficient strength to lift and store our kayaks and paddle boards, as well as push waverunners off of their floating docks.
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals that enjoy talking and working with customers and providing them with an outstanding experience during their vacation.
There are opportunities to grow in the company and learn valuable new skills as well as become a mate on our larger boats. Working as a mate on our boats counts as sea-time towards getting your own captains license!
We are also looking for captains with a 6pac OUPV license to operate our 6 passenger private tour boat as well as our tiki boat!
Part time, and full time opportunities available.
Pay determined based on experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
Beach attendants will need to acquire a Florida boaters ed, as well as a Florida livery permit (both are easy to get online.)
