Responsibilities:
- Perform handyman tasks and maintenance duties as needed, ensuring our facilities are in top-notch condition.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome and answering our visitors' questions.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to represent our business professionally through both appearance and communication.
- Previous experience in maintenance or customer service roles is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Local knowledge of Islamorada preferred.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
