Key Responsibilities:
Mow, trim, weed, prune, remove leaves and trash, and plant throughout the property
Maintain gardens, walkways, and beachfront areas
Monitor irrigation systems and maintain landscaping equipment
Assist the on-site engineer with basic maintenance and repairs
Support property upkeep, including small fixes, touch-ups, and outdoor cleaning
Ensure all exterior areas are clean, safe, and well-presented
