Job Description
Broadwave is a LOCAL company in need of dedicated, reliable, hard working, general office support with positive can-do attitude. Assists the Broadwave team with management of daily activities. Interacts with top-level contacts. Interacts with executive, administrative and line management personnel, external customers, large investors and vendors. Manages a complex calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. Composes correspondence, presentations, and reports using a variety of computer software. Prioritizes assignments and tasks under general direction. Performs a variety of administrative duties such as processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel, and budgets. Provides guidance for other executive assistants and managers in the organization regarding administrative practices.
Administrative Assistant / Office Manager Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointment
Inventory, order and maintain supplies for department
Helps manage client/ order information in the company database
Maintains the company directory / contact list
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Execute written responses as necessary to email or phone requests for information
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain documents, records, reports, files and information both in database and in cabinets
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence both electronically and USPS
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain contact lists
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Customer service strategies and techniques (e.g., handling customer complaints, checking for customer satisfaction)
Job Qualifications
College education and technical experience is preferred
