Busy Plumbing Company currently seeking a full time experienced admin. Your job duties would consist of answering all incoming calls, scheduling service, dispatching technicians, sending invoices, receiving material deliveries and assisting the office manager with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications are as follows: Must have strong customer service skills, must have a friendly disposition, outgoing personality, must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, must have extremely strong typing skills and great grammar since the position requires mostly data entry. Experience with Outlook, Word & Excel a must. We have a 90-day probationary period. Most importantly you must be dependable. Being here at 8 am (no exceptions) and stay until closing at 5 pm.
