Holle Fine Art represents Internationally renowned artists who have been exhibited in and collected by world class museums and galleries.
Holle Fine Art Gallery is looking for an Art Gallery Salesperson to work in our Key West location. Candidates with diverse work experiences will be considered, the ideal candidate should have previous experience working in sales and/or customer service. Extensive training is provided for all qualified applicants.
Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of an Art Gallery Salesperson is to engage clients and instill a strong passion for fine art and collecting while on vacation. Working as a part of a team the Art Gallery Salesperson will contribute to developing and maintaining an art program that consistently achieves sales targets. Unlike many corporate jobs, the Art Gallery Salesperson has the opportunity to develop a myriad of different skills sets. Other responsibilities will include:
· Engaging in consultative conversations with collectors and generating interest
· Educating clients about artwork, determining level of interest, and developing leads
· Making payment and shipping arrangements
· Maintaining professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Job Requirements
As an Art Gallery Salesperson, you must be highly motivated, personable, and eager to learn and grow professionally. Qualified candidates must be able to interact effectively and develop rapport with a diverse variety of people. Other requirements of the role include:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to establish trust and credibility with potential clients
· Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and exciting environment

Pay: DrawCommission with potential $65,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Sales or Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
