Able Bodied Seaman needed. Good starting pay. Must possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and some maritime knowledge. Can train the right candidate. Responsibilities include (under supervision) corrosion control, vessel cleaning & painting, maintaining and performing minor repairs to various systems, line handling and working on deck during crane operations and over the side deployments & recoveries. This is an excellent opportunity to start/continue a career as a professional mariner with an established employer in a safety conscious atmosphere. This position requires an extensive background check, pre-employment & random drug testing, and a health screening. A TWIC card and Merchant Mariner Credential endorsed as either Able Seaman or 100 Ton Captain are required. A Basic STCW endorsement is also required but can be obtained after employment if necessary.
