Busy Charter Boat Company located in Marathon Florida looking for an experienced Full Time mate. We currently have 3 boats running consistently and adding more! Your own Transportation is required. Be on time, pleasant with customers , professional appearance and have knowledge of inshore reef / wreck/ and offshore fishing. This job does NOT pay a salary but you can expect 200 to 300 trips per year. Hourly pay per trip and tips along with bonuses.
