We are seeking an experienced contractor or handyman with a background in installing Vapor Barriers and performing repair work/renovations on mobile homes. Please provide pictures of your previous work as references.
Project Details:
Location: 2/1.5 single wide mobile home
Interior Space: 672 sq ft
Screened-in Patio: Approx. 250 sq ft
Scope of Work:
Replace particle board flooring with plywood
Install a new Vapor Barrier (experience required)
Remove interior tile flooring and replace with laminate or vinyl
Inspect and repair patio flooring as needed
Additional Information:
Our home, built in the 70s, has compromised flooring due to moisture and a damaged Vapor Barrier.
An HVAC specialist will be replacing the AC ducts under the house concurrently.
Project Requirements:
Start date is flexible within the next month.
Completion should be timely and efficient.
