Looking for a sailing mate who can clean, cook, sail or will train basic maintenance. Experience a plus. Must be a non smoker and sober for safety of guests. Must be able to be a self starter, make up the sailboat with linens and towels. Appearance should be clean and healthy appearance for clients to feel confident and safe in close quarters sometimes at sea on half day or full day plus 24-78 hour trips with varied rates on type of assignments.
Established since 1995 local trusted company. Applicant should know how to swim; CPR training a plus. Must be able to assist clients in putting on gear to snorkel and swim with the charters to the reefs.
References required. Hospitality background is a plus. Knowledge of local waters desired. Willing to have on 30 day probation, then three month training or until candidate feels comfortable with sailboats and that the job is a good fun fit. Go on other people's vacation, service minded mates are best. Part Time, Full Time is possible during busy seasons.
