As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort, time share units, and grounds.
Responsibilities:
·Onsite maintenance including: time-share units, buildings, and grounds of the resort.
·Perform minor repairs as needed to the resort, units and grounds.
·Responsible for maintaining the time-share units, grounds and landscaping, and keeping all areas free of trash and debris.
·Maintain pool area and ensure the area is cleaned daily and functioning properly.
·Perform other duties as assigned.
