Porter / Cleaning person for shopping center (LOWER KEY LARGO)

Compensation: approx. $555.00 per week; paid on the 15th and last day of the month
Independent contractor responsible for cleaning and basic grounds basic maintenance. Must have reliable transportation. ALL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES WILL BE PROVIDED.
Monday to Friday: (6 hours) 6 am to 1pm
Saturday and Sunday: (4 hours) 6 am to 10 am
Job Description:
Maintain the clean appearance of the common areas of the shopping center.
Empty all trashcans in the common areas and parking lot.
Blow debris from the parking lots.
Remove gum and clean food spills from sidewalks.
Clean all vacant spaces and open them as needed.
Hand sweep or power blow sidewalks and common areas.
Hand picking trash from landscaping and planter beds.
Report any lights and signs that are not working at night
Report any abandoned vehicles to Property Manager and meet with towing company for removal
A background check is required.
