Responsibilities
Working outside 95% of the time.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work cohesively with coworkers.
The company is growing so there is a lot of room for advancement!
Willing to learn if you don’t know how to perform a task.
Ability to perform manual labor outdoors that requires considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, working with hand tools and handling of materials.
Some of the things we do are Operate pressure washers, wash windows, lots of use of water hoses, small landscaping task, wash boats and cars ect.
Assisting the assistant property manager.
Benefits
Paid Holidays after 60 days, and 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of uninterrupted employment.
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
35 hrs a week. Paid hour lunch.
You will be responsible for your own taxes. You will get a 1099 at the end of the year.
