The Engineering Coordinator will support the daily operations of our Engineering Department and help ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained resort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping teams work efficiently. You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.What You Will Do as an Engineering Coordinator: Manage and track maintenance and service work orders from start to finishSupport managers with scheduling, follow‑ups, and prioritizing service requestsCoordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other teams to ensure room access and smooth guest turnoverAssist with procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor communicationMaintain accurate records and prepare simple reports on work order performanceHelp identify ways to improve workflows and reduce delaysSupport team members with basic system questions and troubleshootingServe as a communication link between Engineering and other departmentsAssist with safety and compliance tasks as neededPerform other duties that support the Engineering team
