Description Technical Project Coordinator$41-44/hr W2Location: Orlando, FL 32819Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs); Remote on Fridays
Manager can be flexible for 2-3 days onsite
Position Summary: Support large-scale mobile application development as part of a multiyear project, working under the Sr. Project Manager. Responsibilities include project administration, assisting design teams, implementing policy guidelines, and ensuring PMO data is organized and up-to-date for decision-making.Duration: 22 monthsKey Responsibilities:
Manage project documentation, reporting, and data organization.
Interface with internal/external teams and departments (e.g., Leads, Product, Design).
Facilitate change management and PMO support to streamline project processes.
Collaborate with various departments to gather, format, and update information.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
Knowledge of program management principles (financials, scheduling, change, data management).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or other project management tools.
Experience in roles such as Program Support, PMO Coordinator, or Project Coordinator.
