The ideal candidate will be patient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking, with exceptional management, organizational, and customer service skills.Key responsibilities include: Manage all aspects of office administration, including scheduling, inventory, and staff coordination.Recruit, hire, train, and supervise office staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.Oversee financial operations, including payroll, inventory control, and vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DEA/Controlled Substances and OSHA regulations.Handle client communications, resolve complaints, and maintain high standards of customer service.Collaborate with veterinary staff to support efficient patient care and treatment.Implement and maintain effective record-keeping systems for patient information and hospital operations.Contribute to marketing efforts to promote the hospital within the local community.
