Role: Operations Desk Analyst
Location: Burbank, CA(HIGHLY prefers candidates to be in California or west coast time zone ONLY)
Duration: Long term
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
May require an associate degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
Knowledge of business processes
Good technical troubleshooting skills across MAC, PC, Tablets, Mobile Phones and commonly used browsers
Ability to gain overview of applications / processes quickly
Excellent communication skills - written and oral - Professional business writing
Customer service focused, confident dealing with all levels of business users
Excellent attention to detail to identify trends (users calls), reviewing documentation etc.
Team player - ability to support multiple application owners /(Product owners)
Flexible attitude to support peak times, deadlines and to assist team members as required
Must be able to work in a fast paced, delivery focused environment
