The successful candidate will provide a rigorous learning environment for our students. This position involves helping students to develop as individuals as well as master the academic skills they need to succeed. You will be responsible for developing lesson plans and then implementing those plans in the classroom, giving you the flexibility to tailor your lessons to both you and your students’ interests and strengths. This can extend outside the classroom and may include assisting with field trips, school clubs and extracurricular activities. More than anything else, elementary school teachers must develop their student’s unique talents and foster in them a passion for learning and growing.
