We’re a local property management team that owns and maintains several rental properties in Live Oak, Branford, and Lake City, FL.
We’re looking for a dependable handyman to help with basic repair and improvement work on our homes and rental units.
Typical tasks include:
Drywall repair and patching
Interior/exterior painting
Flooring (vinyl, laminate, trim work, etc.)
Small carpentry and light maintenance tasks
Details:
Part-time: 1–2 days per week (flexible schedule)
$25/hour, paid weekly
Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
Experience with general home repairs required
