We manufacture fiberglass wheelchair ramps.
We use the RTM process. (closed molds)
The position includes making the parts, which includes cutting cloth and general maintenance of equipment and may include trimming and sanding, finishing work, and boxing.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Should be in good physical shape, requires lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, sitting, using stairs
No Tobacco products or vape.
No cell phone during working hours (during training period)
Will drug test
Must have own transportation and live within 40 miles of Alachua
Must speak and understand English
Must be willing to follow directions and communicate
Must be willing to work with fiberglass cloth and related materials.
Should have basic skills using hand sanders, drills, razor knife
Must be able to read a tape measure
Some fiberglass experience is beneficial, but not required.
Benefits:
Pay based on experience.
Raise after 90 days
Other benefits may be discussed during interview.
Monday through Friday 8-5 40 hours per week
