Gateway Properties & Management is looking to hire a skilled & dependable carpenter/ handyman. This position will entail working on 14 rental properties in Alachua, Columbia, and Suwannee counties.
To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria:
Have your own reliable transportation, preferably a truck or van or at least have the ability to haul a small trailer.
Minor electrical & plumbing knowledge is 100% required.
You will be expected to bid on larger jobs by the job, for labor only. Materials will be provided.
Service calls if any will be paid by the hour.
MUST be able to properly and effectively TEXT and use your phone.
