SUMMARY

This position plays a critical role in providing an interface between the customer, the Account Managers, and the Service and Maintenance Technical team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phones by 2 nd ring.

Review & respond to new VM’s & email.

Check -in with Account Managers at the beginning and end of shift. minimally.

Perform pre-billing tasks including checking and filling out all required company and customer forms and checklists, and obtaining required pictures

Create invoicing for client as required, and review and resolve any rejected billing.

Create all required support documentation for repairs including invoicing, reconciliation, and collecting on past due invoices.

COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Strong problem-solving and organization skills.

Self-directed and enjoys contributing to a team.

Experience in high level of customer service required.

One to three years’ experience in a web based, windows environment background a +.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to prioritize, & work in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints.

Strong oral and written communication abilities, and the ability to grow and maintain relationships.

Ability to quickly learn and apply new and proprietary software.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00
