We’re growing and looking for a Bar/Barista Supervisor to help lead our beverage operations and bring creativity, consistency, and energy to our bar area.
About the Role
The Bar/Barista Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the coffee and beverage bar, prepare both coffee and alcoholic beverages, and lead a small team of baristas and bartenders. This is a hands-on role that blends artistry, leadership, and hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve espresso drinks, smoothies, teas, and cocktails.
Lead and train bar staff in beverage preparation and service.
Ensure drink quality, consistency, and presentation align with our brand.
Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with management to develop seasonal drinks and specials.
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming bar environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a barista and/or bartender (supervisory experience a plus).
Knowledge of espresso machines, drink recipes, and mixology.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, professional, and passionate about hospitality.
Willingness to learn and grow (this is an On-the-Job Training opportunity through CareerSource).
Available to work mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
