We have 2 short term (airbnb) rentals and are looking for cleaning personnel to assist. The schedule is not consistent since it is dependent on the reservations we receive. We also have a couple of other locations, that are not short term rentals, that do need regular cleaning and those can be on a set schedule.
Pay is hourly and working hours change weekly, the airbnbs cleaning hours will always be between 11am-4pm and can be scheduled any day of the week, so flexibility is a must.
MUST have reliable transportation and a working cell phone
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Completing tasks according to the provided checklists, detail oriented
– Managing a particular area of each location and ensuring a high level of quality
– Working with minimal supervision by using provided checklist
– Assessing a location, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment.
– Complying with proper safety policies and procedures
– Self-governing and on-time while communicating to Company
– Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management
– Taking the initiative to delight our clients wherever possible
