Construction waterproofing Installers
No experience needed (Polk City)
Description:
Work involves climbing extension ladders from heights 5 to 32 ft outside to staple house wrap or lay zip tape onto exterior wall surfaces. Walking on 1 and 2 story roofs required.
Requirement:
Must not have a fear of heights.
Must be a US citizen or have documentation proving your eligibility to work in the US.
Must be able/willing to climb and work from ladders at heights of 5 to 32 ft in the air.
Physical weight cannot exceed 220 lbs.
Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in the heat.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Must have good attention to detail and be able to follow a straight line.
Must have your own work boots, hardhat and tool belt (we can lend Hardhat and Toolbelt to start)
Pay:
Weekly pay every Wednesday
Time clock starts once you arrive to job site.
Starting pay is $15/hour
1st raise between 1 to 3 months
Mon-Fri (some Saturdays and/or Sunday) approximately 7:30am- 4:30pm (We may work late hours if the schedule is overbooked. We will pay time and a half for overtime hours)
Transportation:
Some days, we are scheduled to work in several different communities and others, we will stay in the same community throughout the day.
As a courtesy, we do provide company work trucks for our crews to get from job to job to help save on gas and vehicle wear and tear. (If there is a seat available, you must have a way to get to the office located on Hwy 33 in Polk City (Near 474) on time to ride in the company vehicles, trucks leave precisely at 6:30am)
