INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR – HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
(Organizing, Cleaning & Meal Prep – Flexible Part-Time / 1099)
Location: Lake Wales Florida By Trucking Company Oakley
Pay: $14/hour to start, increasing to $15/hour after reliability and performance are demonstrated
Schedule: Flexible — you choose your own workdays and hours (approx. 3–7hours weekly)
Type: Must be an Independent Contractor (1099) — responsible for your own taxes, insurance, transportation, supplies
Legal classification: This role is structured in accordance with Florida statute and IRS rules for contractors.
