Bedrock Communities, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Lawn/Maintenance Technician to join our happy team. We are a growing company that owns and operates mobile home communities throughout Florida.
The position offers long-term growth as we add new communities. Only positive team-players need apply. This position is primarily in the Lakeland and Auburndale area but may involve floating between mobile home parks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and experience in lawn maintenance, general maintenance, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
Ability to work evenings and weekends on call as needed
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures
Must be able to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Must be comfortable performing janitorial duties
Must be able to speak, write and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication
Should have basic set of hand tools for use in performing daily job duties

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour depending on experience
