Looking for someone to assist in managing some of the challenges with keeping up with selling real estate. A few of the key things that I need right now from someone is:
-Sign Writing
-Sign placement physically in town
-Picking up and dropping off lockboxes
-Picking up and dropping off documents
-(Bonus) Managing some small repairs or issues with houses
Need to have your own vehicle and legal to drive.
Offering Gas Card and Hourly pay 15-18 an hour based off experience. Initially just a few hours a week, but it could turn into full time.
