KELLY is currently recruiting for 6 Electro Mechanic Technicians for a company located in Lakeland, FL. The potential candidates must have the following requirements:
The Electro-Mechanical Operator sets up, operates, maintains, and makes process adjustments to assembly, packaging, and other converting equipment in accordance with the Work Instructions May assist mechanics with equipment installations & the development of new processes; correctly diagnoses process anomalies and makes corrections or minor repairs under the oversight of a mechanic. Performs preventative maintenance functions as needed and in accordance with the Work Instructions. Routinely demonstrates sound problem solving competencies and accurately identifies cause and effect; possesses a continuous improvement mindset.
These positions are on a Long Term Temporary Bases. We need 3 technicians for each shift. The shifts that are available are 1st (5:30am to 4:00pm) and 2nd (4pm to 2:30am). Starting Salary is between $15.00 to $25.00 per hour - depending on experience.
