Primary job duties include:
Weld MIG, TIG, Stainless.
Work with fixtures and assemble following blueprints.
Paperwork (tracking inventory/parts).
Tools: hand grinders, belt sanders, cold saw, hand tools, saws.
Paint parts in paint booth (on-the-job training provided)
Qualifications include:
Detail orientated.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work schedule.
Basic math skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Team player and willing to work effectively and with a positive attitude with all employees/departments.
Able to learn and follow established procedures.
Accurately process paperwork.
Quick learner and willing to ask questions to ensure all phases of job are consistently done correctly.
Ability to communicate, receive, and transfer written, oral, and electronic information effectively.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Ability to accept supervision.
Working conditions:
This position works indoors in a shop in a manufacturing environment.
Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Occasional overtime hours may be required.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift/move up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to climb a ladder, bend, stoop and stretch.
