Collis Roofing has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Candidates should have some experience working in an office environment. Construction company experience - a plus. Benefits for this position include weekly pay, paid time off, Vacation pay, and Holiday pay. Additional benefits available are 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch break each day. Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Administrative or assistant experience.

Excellent communication skills, orally and written.
Knowledge of office systems and standard procedures.

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide general support to office and visitors.
Effective and timely administrative actions to ensure workflow.
Handle telephone calls and relay messages to appropriate individuals.
Oversee office record management needs.
Prepare reports and statements through word processing, spreadsheets, and other software’s.
Handle administrative issues and conflicts as per company policies and procedures.
Ensure timely responses to inquiries.
