Job Summary: Auto Dealership is looking for results driven bilingual sales/marketing candidate. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and create marketing materials (digital and traditional) to expand customer base. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and bonuses. (Potential for upwards of $70,000 per year)

Job Functions:
Greet customers and answer any questions relating to inventory
Utilize different forms of media to advertise dealership and prospect for new customers
Inbound and outbound sales lead and customer calls
Data input and maintenance of current dealer software systems including sales, accounts receivable, inventory, repair and customer information
Shared office organizational duties such as paperwork, filing, bill pay, cleaning etc.
Key Job Responsibilities
Calls and responds to requests and calls from prospects/customers related to inventory as well as payments and collections
Identifies and responds to customer needs based on designated procedures of account/client
Makes attempts to resolve issues and deescalate problems with dissatisfied clients
Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of extenuating circumstances
Tracks call related information of each call received and made for auditing and reporting purposes
Other Related Duties

Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
Provides support and assistance as needed
Files and organizes all relevant paperwork and information
Assists with Tag Work information to ensure it is processed in a timely manner.
May perform other client specific duties as necessary and required by program/account

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required Customer service/sales experience Phone related customer service Sales experience Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications Fluency in Spanish Other client specific requirements as necessary
