Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
Manage and update software systems accurately
Organize and track data using Word and Excel
Work directly with the owner, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong computer skills and experience managing software programs
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Minimum 2 years of call center or appointment-setting experience
Position Details:
Full-time, in-house only (no remote work)
Immediate start
Pay: $16 to $18 per hour
