Vacation Sales
We are looking for qualified Telesales Representative to work in a high paced environment and that have experience in working with Vacation sales and or Direct Sales.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for qualified Closers to work in a high paced environment and that have relevant call center and telesales experience. As a full time Telesales Representative with The Advantage Group, you would be responsible for presenting the Advantage Groups ownership products and programs to our current and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of sales experience required, 1-year Vacation Sales preferred.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Contact center sales in the Timeshare/Hospitality industry a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have used screen sharing programs such as GoToMeeting, etc
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor
Be comfortable making 75 100 outbound calls per day
Cultivate Sales from various lead sources to sell our series of Vacation Products
Accept Hands on Management
Follows finance guidelines.
Commits to the company's operating policies, procedures, sales and customer service philosophies
Able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus
Able to maintain required sales percentage per week
Able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based contact center needs
Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes.
Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.

Salary:
Guaranteed compensation of base salary or revenue share whichever is higher
$10.00 per hour base + commission with the potential to set your own salary goals based on your own ability.
