Storm Restoration Services helps homeowners through the insurance claims process to get new roofs and interior damage repaired for their deductible, which is usually $2500. or less. THAT is a blessing for most people and as a salesperson I have had many people tell me just that.
This type of sales is not for everyone. You MUST be a self starter, tenacious and fearless. You must be able to climb roofs and perform inspections. You must be a long term relationship type person or willing to adapt. If this is you, you can make $180,000. or more a year. Our top salesperson is making $4000. + a week, has been with us 7months, and he had zero previous experience in roofing.
The referrals from your customers will just keep coming. Family, friends, co-workers, your customers will tell everyone they just got a new roof, and interior repair and only paid $2500. And the people they tell, well, they want that too.
Typical day would be
Get out into the neighborhoods where there is damage early. There are 2 "prime" times in a day, daylight until 9am, and after 3pm until dark. And everyone is home on Saturdays.
Hang flyers in the mornings and after the kids get home from school at 3pm. Talk to people as they jog, walk, walk the dog, or just go outside to enjoy the day.
Provide free roof inspections when you will document damage (if present) through photographs and show the home owner. Assist the homeowner through the insurance claims process. Meet with the insurance adjuster on the roof and assist in their inspection. Upload documents into our computer file tracking system. Update the homeowner every 2-3 days on the claim status. Collect checks when they arrive from the insurance company. Submit a commission request on those checks and get paid your commissions the following Friday. Ask for referrals because EVERYONE WANTS A ROOF FOR $2500 OR LESS
Sign an average of 30 contracts per month for 3 months and get a $10,000 bonus
Sign 20 per month average for 3 months get a $5000 bonus
Sign 10 per month average for 3 months get a $3000 bonus
