Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support clients with a wide range of technical issues and ensure smooth operations across various systems and platforms.

Technical Skills & Expertise:
Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Cloud, and/or CYSA certifications required, or the ability to complete training and obtain certifications before starting.
Remote Support: Provide remote resolution for various client technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Device & OS Support:
o Windows and macOS systems
o iPhones, including email and authenticator applications
Networking: Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and performance issues, including computer, LAN, Wi-Fi, and ISP-related problems.
Firewall Management: Identify and resolve content filtering issues related to firewalls.
Microsoft 365: Manage user accounts in Office 365, including creation, management, and offboarding.
Collaboration Tools: Support for OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
Qualifications:
CompTIA Security+, Cloud+ and CYSA certifications or ability to get trained and certified prior to start. If unemployed, training may be offered at no cost if you qualify.
Proven technical expertise in IT support and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to contribute to team success
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with a focus on deadlines
