HVAC General Manager As the General Manager, your essential responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead employee teams to provide customers with best in class service.
Adhere to company safety guidelines and ensure employees follow safety practices.
Draw layouts for residential HVAC new construction jobs.
Input and generate energy load calculations for new construction residential jobs.
Oversee daily jobs.
Ensure all job supplies are pulled
Meet with contractors and inspectors
High energy and passion with record of achieving organizational objectives and profit margins
Create programs and incentives to drive sales and outstanding results.
Attract, train, develop and keep talent to grow business and create a great place to work.
Plan/set/achieve sales goals; utilize multiple processes for generating and responding to sales leads to include developing and coaching sales team
Education and Experience Requirements:
Proven experience in HVAC industries with outstanding results.
Valid FL Driver’s License.
Required Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the HVAC Trade. Knowledge of leadership principles, practices, and techniques.
Knowledge of the mechanics of operation of equipment related to the HVAC space.
Skill in both verbal and written communication
