TEMP-TO-HIRE - WEEKLY PAY
PAY: $25-$32/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8-10-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40-50 hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 5:00pm
START DATE: ASAP

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential HVAC Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you will run independent service calls, perform troubleshooting, and handle installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to safety and quality work.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and repair services on residential HVAC systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency.
Install new HVAC units and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repair needs, options, and pricing.
Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
Ensure all work is performed safely and meets applicable codes and standards.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as a residential HVAC technician (required).
Valid EPA Certification (required).
NATE Certification (preferred).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various residential environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
