Responsibilities
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours
Participate in safety meetings and training sessions
Installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems (TPO, asphalt, metal, tile, single, etc.)
Ensure tools, materials, and job sites are safe, organized, and cleaned
Document tasks and repairs when needed
Follow all job site safety standards
Troubleshoot leak location and determine best course for repair and remedy
Identify other needs for repair and document
Job Posting Qualifications:
Be at least 18+ years of age
Familiar with roofing tools, materials, and installation techniques
Dedicated to safety at all times
Able to work a various heights on commercial building flat roof tops, ladders, or lifts
OSHA 10 (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of previous hand-on roofing experience with coating
Reliable transportation to and from job site(s) on a daily basis
Work as part of a team
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Prior experience in the commercial field required
Prior experience using hand tools required
Position may require a drug screen
