Must have a min of 5 years Experience with ALL installations of the following roof systems:
Shingles, Tile, Metal, TPO, Hydro-stop, Torch, Modified, Built-up Roofs
Must be able to diagnose repairs for all roof systems listed above
Must have experience working with fascia, soffits, gutters & siding of all types
Must have experience with metal fabrication such as fabricated flashings, chimney caps, aluminum construction.
Must have Valid Driver's License
Must have positive attitude and able to work well with others
May be asked to be on call during nights and weekends for emergency service
