We are looking for a punctual, team minded, experienced or semi-experienced (basic light plumbing and/or electrical) professional installer/service tech who wants long term employment. If you already know water treatment, even better. If not, we will train you in this field of work, you just need to have a general idea of one of these two fields. If you have some experience with Plumbing and/or Electrical work, we will teach you everything you need to know to fill in any gaps you may have with what we need you to do. You will be paid during training. You must be able to lift heavy equipment (physically fit), and you will need to be available for overtime (). We pay better than any other water treatment company. Ask around. Training typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on you.
Florida Water Analysis is a medium size water treatment company. We currently have 11 sales reps and 8 service techs in Florida, and need another honest, qualified service technician to help cover the Greater Polk County and surrounding areas of Florida. Driving is 50% +/- of your day. We supply the vehicle and credit cards for fuel and expenses. We just need you and your skill set, and a relatively clean driver's license.

We are seeking a service tech that has some (or most) of the following skills:
- Mechanically Inclined (you figure stuff out easier than the average person)
- Basic Plumbing experience
- Basic Electric knowledge
- Good work ethic, able to work 40+ hours a week (We pay Overtime and Bonuses!)
- Good driver (3 points or less, no recent accidents, etc.)
- Good with people (customer service)
- Able to work 1 Saturday a month
Our corporate headquarters are in Winter Haven FL, however you will take our vehicle home and work in your area during the week. You only need to come to our Corporate location in Winter Haven to load up and drop off paperwork on Mondays.
Benefits and Compensation:
- We offer you a 401K investment Plan after your first 90 days (up to 4% matched).
- We pay you $250 per month for health care reimbursement as part of your salary after 6 months.
- You get holiday pay after 90 days, and get up to 4 weeks vacation per year (based on longevity with the company).
- We pay you commissions for work done on top of your day rate.
- We pay you 1.5 x of your normal commission for installations after 5pm, after 4:30 Friday and on weekends when you are available.
- You have the opportunity to sell equipment and add extra money to your Bi-Weekly check.

- We provide you a service vehicle fully stocked with tools, equipment, fittings, and everything needed for the job.
You are issued two credit cards, one for misc. expenses on the job such as the hardware store, and the other for fuel.
You will perform service on our existing customer's equipment and install new equipment for new customers for our sales team (all set up by our office staff). Most of the work you perform has a dollar value to it (on top of your day rate, meaning you get additional commissions for billable work). The office will send you your jobs through an online service called Jobber, and most of what you need to do has been discussed prior to your arrival. You can also up-sell new equipment while on your service calls, but this is not required (just an extra pay perk!)
Our company currently has 32+ employees and subcontractors. You will see the office and service staff every Monday (truck loading day) in Winter Haven. The rest of the time will be spent servicing our customers in and around your home area of Florida.
The product line consists of mostly city water treatment such as Water Softeners and Reverse Osmosis Systems. On occasion we install well water (Aerators) or Chlorination treatment packages. We also offer whole house Reverse Osmosis systems, but that is a rare installation. If you know the basics in these two fields (plumbing and electric), training typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on how fast you learn. We will pay you during training. If you are already an experienced installer for water treatment, training may take less time.
