Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lake Mary, Florida. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both in an office setting and remotely, providing support to nursing evaluators. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Handle both inbound and outbound calls to nursing evaluators for scheduling and confirmation purposes. Assist nursing evaluators with troubleshooting and event coverage. Maintain and update customer records in an accurate and efficient manner. Use multiple platforms simultaneously to manage customer interactions. Proactively collaborate with nursing evaluators to ensure that tests are set up correctly. Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries. Process customer applications efficiently and accurately. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and track customer data and communications. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in a call center customer service environment Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy Experience in order entry and processing Ability to schedule appointments and manage a calendar Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and effective communication Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues and complaints professionally. Upholds a clean and organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows and other surfaces. Replenishes retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation. Assists the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed. While no formal education or work experience is required, previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.    Work Availability:Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
