Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client in Clearwater, Florida!Responsibilities: Generate and post job descriptions as part of the recruitment process Handle benefits negotiations and manage the entire open enrollment process Create and distribute new-hire packets, and lead first-day orientations and onboarding for new hires Manage all aspects of employee relations while providing issue resolution as needed Implement training initiatives, including the introduction of new processes and procedures to enhance employees' job function knowledge Process payroll, including time verifications, entering hours, and calculating commissions Stay updated on all labor laws and ensure the company is in compliance with all employment legalities Utilize Excel formulas for various HR-related tasks and reportingRequirements The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on HR management. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Strong decision-making and leadership skills are required. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to foster healthy employee relations.
