RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lithia, FL that is seeking a Program Analyst/Support that is responsible for receiving data from multiple platforms and consolidating into shareable reports & providing data requested by stakeholders. The Program Analyst/Support supports sites in assessing vendor readiness, scheduling & supporting training, and supporting the onboarding of vendors into Fieldglass, and will support implementation & change management plans regarding process/policy changes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data received through multiple platforms & translate to shareable reports
Client End User Support (Fieldglass, Ariba, Maximo, SAP)
Vendor lifecycle support
Basic troubleshooting help desk support
Training support
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Data Analysis and data presentation experience
Administrative support experience
Variance analysis and reporting experience
Change Management experience
Cross-Functional Project Leadership experience
Contractor program experience
Management Systems experience
Experience with SAP, Fieldglass, Ariba, Maximo, PowerBI, Alert Enterprise, Excel, PowerPoint
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
