Team members work together to safely deliver, install, and strike rental items with care and efficiency, always upholding our reputation for excellence.What You’ll Do:Deliver exceptional customer service while representing RW Events with professionalism and prideFollow guidance from the Installation Lead to complete event setups and pickups on scheduleSafely load, unload, and transport rental items, ensuring proper handling to avoid damageSet up and strike rental inventory—including specialty furniture, tables, and décor—quickly and preciselyInspect items post-event and report any damage, loss, or issues to the Installation LeadRespect venue policies and maintain a courteous, professional presence on-siteFollow all safety procedures and company protocols at every stepTake all required rest and meal breaks per Florida state lawSupport warehouse operations and maintenance when not on delivery or setupIf assigned as a driver, follow all vehicle guidelines and maintain a clean driving recordSchedule & Compensation:Part-time and full-time opportunities availableEvening, weekend, and holiday availability required during peak seasonsCompetitive hourly pay, based on experience
