Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant/Accounting Clerk in Medley, Florida. As a Staff Accountant/Accounting Clerk, you will be handling a variety of accounting functions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and utilizing different accounting software systems. You will be expected to maintain the highest level of accuracy in your work and ensure all data is correctly entered and managed. Responsibilities: Handling various accounting functions to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department Managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up to date Operating various accounting software systems including QuickBooks Online and Oracle NetSuite Technologies Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and Office Suites for data management and reporting Ensuring accurate data entry of all financial information Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline and integrate operation processes Monitoring customer accounts and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner Maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing credit applications efficiently Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Functions is essential Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary Knowledge of Accounting Software Systems is crucial Proficient in Microsoft Excel Skilled in Microsoft Office Suites Experience with Oracle NetSuite Technologies is needed Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is required Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is important Data Entry skills are essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
