Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Medley, Florida. In the industry, this role is crucial for defining and constantly refining talent acquisition strategies according to the changing business needs of our organization. Responsibilities Strategize and implement talent acquisition tactics that are adaptable to changing business needs such as geographic expansion, new business account implementations, and resource alignment during mergers and acquisitions. Utilize a variety of search methods including networking, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, military recruiting, and job fairs to resource candidates. Pre-screen potential employees through effective phone screenings and face-to-face interviews to ensure only the most experienced in and committed candidates are referred to business managers. Make use of the latest technology to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process, reducing costs and time spent on talent acquisition. This includes tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent assessment tools, video interview software, and candidate marketing platforms. Manage Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the team meets overall goals and fills vacancies across different divisions. Maintain accurate records of all company expenses related to hiring and employee engagement. Prepare and extend job offers with employment agreements, following the approval of relevant business managers. Oversee the drug testing process to ensure compliance and accuracy. Ensure job descriptions and interview guides are compliant and up to date. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations within the Talent Acquisition team, and actively influence others as opportunities arise. Experience in using Careerbuilder for job postings and candidate sourcing is required. Must be well-versed with Applicant Track System for efficient management of applicant data. Should have experience in conducting Background Checks to ensure the credibility of potential employees. Must be able to handle Benefit Functions related to employee welfare and satisfaction. Excellent Communication skills are required to effectively interact with potential candidates and team members.
