Position SummaryThe Janitor / Groundskeeper (Evening/Night Shift) is responsible for keeping the property clean, safe, and properly closed down each night. This role covers restroom servicing and closing clean, litter and trash removal, cleaning the administrative offices, and detail cleaning tasks across common areas and service areas. The position requires consistent attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision as the property closes.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEmpty, clean, and reline trash and recycling receptacles throughout the property continually; wipe and disinfect exteriors, and complete a final trash pull before close.Check and service public restrooms throughout the shift, and perform a full clean of all public and back-of-house restrooms at closing, including fixtures, floors, and supplies.Wipe down and straighten benches, tables, and outdoor seating areas throughout the property, and keep them presentable through close.Remove debris, cigarette butts, and litter from planters and landscaped areas throughout the shift.Clean the administrative offices each night including trash removal, floor care, and wiping down touchpoints and appliances.Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including a vacuum and a utility vehicle; keep towels, mops, carts, and storage areas clean and organized for the next shift.Assist with setup, cleanup, and teardown for property events; respond promptly to spills or other cleaning emergencies.Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to the Site Supervisor immediately.
